Curbside Pickup

When your requested items are ready, you have the option to schedule an appointment to pick them up without leaving your car! When you are ready to pick up your items, use the Maricopa County Library Dist. app to select Curbside Pickup. If the service is available at your library at that time, you’ll be able to schedule your pickup.

How to Schedule Curbside Pick Up

• Reserve your library items online or over the phone. You will be notified when your items are ready for pickup.
• When you are headed to the library, open your Maricopa County Library Dist. app. Navigate to your Holds and select Curbside Pickup to see if the service is currently available. You can download the Maricopa County Library Dist. app from Google Play or the App Store.
• When you arrive at the library, park in the designated Curbside spot or zone.
• Give us a call on the phone number listed—or tap “I’m Here” on the MCLD app.
• A staff member will be out shortly with your items.

Expectations

• You will have 7 days to pick up your item(s). After 7 days, your item(s) will be placed back on the shelves.
• Curbside appointments are no longer scheduled in advance.
• Curbside Pickup is not guaranteed and subject to availability.
• Curbside Pickup is available for current library card holder (accounts must not have any blocks or fees over $10).
• You are not able to return books or pay fees at Curbside Pickup.
• Anyone can pick up your items as long as you have allowed your library card to be saved in their app.
