When your requested items are ready, you have the option to schedule an appointment to pick them up without leaving your car! Schedule your pickup appointment online, over the phone or through the myLIBRO app.
How to Schedule Curbside Pick Up
Schedule Your Pickup Appointment
- Reserve your library items online or over the phone.
- You will be notified when your items are ready for pickup. At that time, you may schedule your pickup appointment online, through the myLIBRO app or by calling (602) 652-3000. You can download the myLibro app from Google Play or the App Store.
- When you arrive at the library, park in the designated Curbside spot or zone.
- Give us a call on the phone number listed—or tap “I’m Here” on the myLIBRO app.
- A staff member will be out shortly with your items. Please open the back of your vehicle so the staff member may safely place your items inside.
How to Schedule Through the myLibro App
Expectations
- You will have 7 days to pick up your item(s). After 7 days, your item(s) will be placed back on the shelves.
- Curbside appointments must be scheduled in advance. Same day appointments are only available when scheduling online or through the app.
- Curbside Pickup is available for current library card holder (accounts must not have any blocks or fees over $10).
- You are not able to return books or pay fees at Curbside Pickup.
- Anyone can pick up your items as long as an appointment has been scheduled in advance using your library card and password.
Please be aware: For the safety of staff and customers, Curbside service may temporarily close due to inclement weather conditions.
