Experience a whole day of engaging events in a variety of fandoms! Come
dressed up in your favorite cosplay as you make memories, learn new things,
and play games. This event is for all ages with activities ranging from
a superhero storytime to zombie make up tutorials and beyond!

Join us for a Storytime of super proportions! Spider-Gwen will be here to lead our storytime and is excited to meet you in this fun early literacy event.

Test your knowledge with some fun Nintendo based trivia! We will start with Zelda trivia and see how many games of Nintendo trivia we can play.

Test your Poke-knowledge against Team Rocket's best and brightest... though that's not saying much. Audience “volunteers” will get to compete in a trivia gameshow for prizes (and definitely not get their Pokemon stolen!), so come and prove you’re the champion of random facts.

There's no question that characters drive a story. In this writing workshop, author Karen Chow will guide writers to develop interesting characters, create active goals for them, and get into their heads, so readers will want to know more. Bring your writing tools because we will be writing!

Inside the library you can attend a DND session, check out a board game, make a button at the button making station and participate in a scavenger hunt!
Stop by our community partners who are tabling in front of the library. You will find fun activities including face painting and mini golf!
Cosplay Contest
The first annual Cosplay Contest at the QC Fan Fair will be held in the Zane Grey Room at 4 p.m. and will be hosted by Gangplank. Sign up to participate in one of three categories: Youth, Adult or Master.
Official Rules and much more info can be found on Gangplank's Cosplay Contest Rules page. No real weapons, no wooden or metal weapons, and nothing that shoots projectiles allowed, so be creative!
Due to time constraints, we are limiting the number of participants to 20, some alternates may be accepted. Sign up for the Cosplay Contest ends Monday, March 18th, 2024.
